RETURN POLICY

HELLRZZR RETURN POLICY

Purchases from HELLRZZR at an event or online at HELLRZZR.COM can be easily returned or exchanged via mail  within 90 days of purchase, provided they have not been worn or altered and are accompanied by the original price tag and receipt or packing slip. Postage will only be supplied in the case of an error on HELLRZZR.

 

RETURNS BY MAIL

Send in your item(s) using the postage-paid U.S. return label. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.

 

EXCHANGE

All exchanges must be done by email hellrzzrclothing@hellrzzr.com

 

 

REFUNDS

Online orders will be issued a refund via PayPal within 14 business days.. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
